Server pricing is authoritative and can change as compute costs move. These are the tiers the app ships with.
Image quality tiers

Video scales linearly from its tier's reference duration, and generated audio doubles the cost:
ceil(base × (duration ÷ baseDuration) × modelMultiplier × audioMultiplier). The app calls a cost-estimate endpoint and shows you the exact number before you commit.

Token packs only top up your balance — buying tokens does not include Premium, and Premium is what unlocks the Pro tools and models. Tokens never expire, whether you bought them or they came with a plan.

Refunded automatically
If a generation fails, the tokens go straight back to your wallet — no ticket, no waiting. Every refund is itemized in Profile → Token History so you can check.
Purchases themselves are processed by Apple and Google, so purchase refunds go through them.
