★ What is Imaginatron?
The app
An AI creative studio for phone, tablet and web. It generates images, video, 3D models and scenes, logos, presentations and storybooks — and gives you a layered canvas editor and a multi-track video timeline to finish the work, plus a community feed to publish it to.
★ Is it free?
The app
The app is free to download and you start with a token balance. AI generations consume tokens. Browsing the feed, editing on the canvas and timeline, exporting, and everything social are free.
What platforms does it run on?
The app
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and the web. One account — your creations follow you everywhere.
What languages does it support?
The app
English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. The app follows your device language automatically.
Do I need an internet connection?
The app
Yes for anything AI-generated — the models run on our servers. Browsing already-downloaded work and some editing operations work offline, but generation and export need a connection.
Does it work on iPad and tablets?
The app
Yes, with full tablet layouts on both iPadOS and Android.
Is there a dark mode?
The app
Yes. The app follows your system light/dark setting automatically.
★ How do tokens work?
Tokens & billing
Every AI generation costs tokens, priced by how much compute it takes. A Fast image costs 25 tokens; an Ultra image costs 150. Video starts at 300 tokens for a Fast 5-second clip. You always see the exact cost before you press generate.
Why do some generations cost so much more than others?
Tokens & billing
Video is dramatically more expensive to compute than images, and long or high-fidelity video more so again. Cost scales with duration, with the quality tier, and with whether you ask for generated audio — which doubles the price.
★ What happens if a generation fails?
Tokens & billing
Your tokens are returned to your wallet automatically. You can verify any refund in Profile → Token History.
How do I see what I spent tokens on?
Tokens & billing
Profile → Token History lists every debit and credit with what it was for and when.
Do tokens expire?
Tokens & billing
No tokens expire — pack tokens and plan tokens both stay in your wallet for good. While your subscription is active you also get the 150-a-day floor top-up whenever your balance drops below 150.
★ How do I cancel my subscription?
Tokens & billing
Through the store that bills you, not through us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Imaginatron → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Imaginatron. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Tokens & billing
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refund requests go to them — reportaproblem.apple.com, or the Google Play refund form. Token refunds for failed generations are automatic and separate from that.
I bought tokens and they haven't appeared.
Tokens & billing
Force-close and reopen the app, then go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same store account that made the purchase. If they still don't show up, email renandev4@gmail.com with your receipt.
I paid on my iPhone — do the tokens work on Android and the web?
Tokens & billing
Yes. Your balance lives on your account, not on the device.
★ What's the difference between the quality tiers?
Generation quality
Fast (25 tokens) is for drafts and quick exploration. Standard (50) is the balanced everyday default. HD (80) gives sharper detail and stronger composition. Ultra (150) is the highest fidelity, for final work. Video tiers work the same way: Fast, Standard, HD and Ultra at 300 / 450 / 600 / 1,000 base tokens.
Which model should I use?
Generation quality
Each has strengths — some are tuned for realism, some for illustration, some for text and logo accuracy, some for raw speed. The model picker describes each one. If you're unsure, pick a quality tier instead and let the app choose the model for you.
Why are some models slower than others?
Generation quality
Higher resolutions and more inference steps take longer. Quality and speed trade off directly against each other.
Why doesn't the result match my prompt?
Generation quality
Be specific about subject, setting, lighting, mood and medium; name what you want excluded; and try a higher tier. Prompt structure matters far more than prompt length. Browse Explore Prompts in the app for examples that work.
Can I generate both images and videos?
Generation quality
Yes — switch between image and video mode on the home screen before you submit, or go straight to the dedicated tools in the Toolbox.
What resolution do I get?
Generation quality
Images depend on the tier and model, and upscaling reaches 4K. Video depends on the model and tier, up to 1080p.
Can I start from my own photo?
Generation quality
Yes. Most tools accept an upload — Image to Video, Face Swap, Photo to Anime, Room Redesign, Image Restoration, Upscale, Avatar Generator, and the sketch and tattoo tools are all built around it.
★ Do I own what I create?
Rights & safety
Yes. Subject to the Terms, you own your creations and can use them personally and commercially.
Can I use my creations commercially?
Rights & safety
Yes. Bear in mind that AI-generated output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and that you're responsible for making sure your prompt and your output don't infringe someone else's rights or trademarks.
Are my creations public by default?
Rights & safety
You decide. Settings → Privacy has a switch that makes new creations start private, plus separate controls for whether your prompts are visible, whether others may remix or download your work, and whether you appear in search.
What is remixing, and can I turn it off?
Rights & safety
Remixing lets another creator build on one of your public creations, with credit back to you. Switch off "Allow remixes" in Settings → Privacy if you'd rather not.
Can other people download my work?
Rights & safety
Only if "Allow downloads" is enabled in your privacy settings.
What isn't allowed?
Rights & safety
Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation of real people, harassment, hate speech, violent extremism, and anything illegal. Prompts are filtered, violating content is removed, and serious or repeated violations end the account. The full list is in the Terms.
Can I generate images of real people?
Rights & safety
Don't create content that depicts a real person in a false, defamatory, sexual or deceptive way, and don't use someone's likeness without permission. Face Swap and the avatar tools are for images you have the right to use.
Are my prompts used to train AI models?
Rights & safety
No. Your prompts and your creations are not used to train AI models — not ours, and not our providers'. They are sent to a generation provider to produce your result, and that is all they are used for.
How do I report a user or a creation?
Rights & safety
